1996 Toyota Levin Bzg (4age) Vs. 1995 Honda Integra Sir (b18c)?

3 Comments 31 January 2010

I have $6000 to spend on a car. It must be manual. I want something fast.
I am looking at Toyota Levin ae111 bzg’s with the 4age black top engine in them and Honda Integra dc2 SiR-G with the b18c vtec engine.
if you could tell me which one is faster or even better could give me the performance specs for both/either of these models it would be greatly appreciated.
Also if you have any other ideas let me know, i would prefer it to be NA as i am only 16 and cannot be bothered with the insurance hassles of a turbo car.
Thanks

the honda would be a good choice since theres plenty of parts for it and its rather easy to mess with….but im more of a toyota fan….and the 4age 20valve is a nice option….for being a smaller liter engine it still competes perfectly with the 1.8 honda…so im a iffy on this….but then again i rather be different and get the ae111…..

Lol, you boost your car the insurance company won’t know… but I’d def get the type r. You could easily pick one up for 6k. The type r’s only come manual. Good luck with the insurance though, it’ll be outragous…
