2006 Honda Civic Performance Question.?

2006 Honda civic auto. I want to make it faster (as in acceleration) but not spend too much money. so not like a turbo or anything. Hopefully ill be getting a front strut bar and lowering springs. that should help handling

    well that’s true your handling will be improved but your performance isn’t since you drive an auto. Well technically you can upgrade your exhaust system, and your intake system for basic, also look for a better ECU if you can which will give you a good power boost.

    I used a K&N Air Filter and Mass airflow sensor cleaner to get much improved performance on my 1993 Civic CX. It cost under $40 to get the gains.
    A aftermarket performance chip would also help.

    a cold air intake will give you better throttle repaonce , and high flow exahust from header back will help it breath better , get a hondata s300 and have it tuned you will get about 30 40 hp from a properly tunned ecu,
