i recommend you reconsider….do not buy this product until you fully understand its abilities and your engine’s capabilities.
i have no idea who the manufacturer of the turbo or the performance parts are, from the ebay site, certainly they look cheap and not of performance quality.
key turbo manufacturers are garrett or turbonetics.
i can see no information as to what level of forced induction this system will deliver.
MOST of all you are driving a relatively older car, with a weak engine that has stock internals. a turbocharger or supercharger adds a high degree of heat and stress to an engine and unless the engine is properly prepared it may certainly fail.
-at a minimum you require improved intake (cold air intake and throttle body spacer), performance exhaust (catbacks, and preferably headers), re tune of the engine management system, best done by a pro-shop.
a properly installed turbocharger installation will be in the range of $5000…..do it for less and it will either fail or the engine will fail.
POWER is NOT CHEAP

That’s a pretty complete package and only 1K, however you could only run 5-6 psi max without more parts (larger injectors) and a tune (re-flash or piggy-back ECU. Did you take a look at the honda forums? Try to find someone with the same Accord and how they turbocharged it. Other than that the kit looks like a direct bolt-on mostly.
