I was told to put a turbo kit i would have to rebuild the motor how much would it cost to do this?

I got a ‘94 Hatchback and I wanna tune it up. I was wonder what size turbo should i put in it? What else should i put in the engine to max it out. I wanna have the car look stock but when you roll up against me all u see is my tail light. There is this guy who owns the GTR and i wanted to race against hime. I need about 400+hp to burn it. What should i do to merk the GTR?

1995 EX honda civic or a 95-99 eclipse gsx or gst what do u think will be better and faster with mods i want to put everything in it turbo kit, nos ect. i have been saveing for a while so i want something i will enjoy thanks
