I’m looking to boost the performance of my 2003 Honda Accord ex without a bunch of modifications. I’ve been looking at Cold air ” Ram Air ” systems verses an Electric Turbo-Charger. Any suggestions?

Cold/ram air alone will give a tiny amount of power and some added noise at full throttle. The elecrtic charger is a waste of money they do not work. The best thing is to ad the cold/ram air and a cat back exhaust. Bacause you need to get more air in and out of the engine.
id go for the NOS to make horsepower supercharging you basicly have to do the same thing to the drivetrain but cost less get a sneaky pete by nitirous oxcide systems its not adjustable though but it works and it sneaky as the name applys as running it on the street is very illegal or try a bigger injector a better free flowing exaust as you breath more you have to expell more same as runners the car has to be efficent as possible get a header hight flowing cat and get mandrell bends on your exaust pipe that means that the diameter is the same all the way around = no kinks might cost ya but price you have to pay for performance and reliability
