no, the civic has never had a factory turbo.
People do add performance equipment to the civics at there expense. If you’re interested in popular mods try the tuner bulletin boards or the honda civic clubs for good leads on doing installations, upgrades or conversions.

honda only made one car that came turbo its called the city turbo made in 1982-87 only in japan i dont think it was called a civic so nope civic dont come turbo factory
