You can buy him cleaning products like, wax, armorall, tire gel, kanebo etc. You can buy him also car freshener and you still save more. I think your bfs car has practically every thing already so he might need to clean it only. Hope this helps!

Check out Mothers brand name products, they are great quality in my opinion.
This would be fairly cheap, definitely under 200 bucks even if you buy name brand products, and will help him keep his car looking clean and sharp.
I love my car and would love it if my girlfriend gave me a present like that.
You could even get some sort of bucket or something that he could use to wash his car with and put all the other stuff inside it.
Another idea that could go along with that is a few issues of some car magazines. SuperStreet, Dsport, and Modified Mag are 3 magazines that are geared towards import cars and modified cars which he seems to be into.
And if he is a car guy in general, he may also enjoy some more mainstream car magazines such as: Car and Driver, Automobile Magazine, Motor Trend or Road and Track.
Get some of those lights you can line the interior floor with like in limos. I saw ‘em in walmart for pretty cheap. Maybe you could order him a new Honda shield for him to stick on his car to make it look cooler. I dunno!
I really like galaxiexl’s idea of a car cover. They are way too much trouble for a knock-around car but one that is tricked out really needs the protection. He’ll love it.
