dude u can get a cheap kit for like 1500 bucks for some simple boost…5-6 psi no internal upgrades needed however the horsepower gained will only be like 45-50..an intercooler piping and cooler kit is like another 1000…not that hard to install if u have some experiance with cars but probably not worth it in a 92…
The turbo is not hard to put on its that you need to rebuild your engine to withstand boost or you will run into issues or blow the motor so it gets expensive
