		<description>To Josh B.  Google the &quot;fastest civic&quot;  then say that again.  You need more than just the turbo if you want to do it right.  Talk to someone at a performance shop, you will need to change your entire exhaust, you will need gauges to accurately monitor your air fuel ratios, etc.  You may also wish to invest in a new E.C.U.  to be able to toy with all your settings.  If done right, your car can be very fast.  But it takes someone with the knowledge and a good bit of money.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s a Civic!  It&#039;s not a fast car dude.  If you want fast, I would suggest trading it in for a real sports car like a Porsche! Man I love driving those cars! Everything else pales by comparison.</description>
