15+ psi = short engine life.
<10 psi; maybe, if you don't use it too often.
pistons, bearings, crank, connecting rods, lubrication system, cooling system, oil cooler, post shut down oil supply for the turbo, cam drive chain/belt, head gasket

Obvious things to make the kit work such as injectors, etc. Try some cams, pistons, valves, valve springs, etc. Look up a honda enthusiast website and they will have a lot more information specifically tailored to your project.

Well 15 PSI on the H22 means a complete sleeve job for the block and a built head. The H22 has VERY weak cylinder walls and anything over 7-8 PSI will pretty much leave a nice piston and rod decoration on your driveway. You need a set of Darton sleeves, a machine shop capable of sleeving it properly, new bearings (rod, and main), new timing belt, water pump, oil pump, metal head gasket, preferably Cometic, and I would HIGHLY suggest some head work also. The total you can expect to spend for the motor to handle 15+ PSI is around $7,000.
