I have a 1994 Honda Accord and want to get a turbo installed in it. I used to have a 2002 Jetta and it was 1.8T and I loved it. I want to know how much is would cost or if it’s possible to get something similar in my Honda Accord. 2.2L 4cylinder. Would it even make much of a difference in pick up speed with that type of car. I heard it doesn’t have much of an effect on some cars? Also, where would I go to get something like that done?

Sure it will boost your performance, but beware !
The engine life becomes precarious, you should also upgrade the brakes, the insurance company will go mad, and fuel consumption will cost a lot more.
I have a twin turbo Transam, but the block etc was designed for it, the insurance folks are aware, as it is designed to take it.
As the Americans say, “If you want to go faster, put in something bigger”

It is going to cost probably around what you car is worth if not more. It may make a difference but probably not a noticeable one. You would have to have it done professionally if you could not do it yourself. A better idea would be o sell your Accord and find a Jetta 1.8T in your price range.
hehe if you put a turbo on an H22 accord it will run like a scalded dog! ok on price, there are many companies that offer a turbo for that car. Look up turbonetics in your search engine and you will get an exact price. Also if you are smart you will get a stand alone engine management system with it.
