Look up turbonetics in your search engine and you will get an exact price. It may make a difference but probably not a noticeable one. You would have to have it done professionally if you could not do it yourself. The engine life becomes precarious, you should also upgrade the brakes, the insurance company will go mad, and fuel consumption will cost a lot more. I have a twin turbo Transam, but the block etc was designed for it, the insurance folks are aware, as it is designed to take it.
