As of now you cannot properly tune the ecu on the k20z3 motor. The motor will not run well with the turbo so it is probably not a good idea. Kpro is going to be your best bet for tuning when it is available.
you can get a twin turbo…new intake…full catback exhaust..racing chip…bigger cam/forged crank….new pistons….and alot of fine tuning done and you might push 300 … but you NEED a suspension to put all that power to the ground
you can get as much power as you want. how deep is your wallet
For a quick and easy 13-15 horsepower, check out X’s Intake: http://www.8thcivic.com/forums/showthread.php?t=64656
Lots of reported increases in horsepoewr, but the price is a tad steep for an intake ($300)
Honestly, the best thing you can have going for you in the breathing of the engine. Work with an intake first, headers, highflow cat., full exhaust. The engine bay on that car is super tiny, the labor for turbo is going to be insane. I would, in the same situation, go for an intake and exhaust until the warranty expires.
197 horse power sir!
