1st of all, 19's are way too big, 18's are big enough but i would prefer 17's personally... you may have to get different wheels when you lower it depending on how low you go. I'm dropped 2 inches on Skunk2 springs and have no problems getting over speed bumps, plus it looks sexy as mess!! O and you should def. go ITR wing (type-r), it looks soooo much better than the stock wing, you can get a good replica wing from spoilerdepot.com, it's where i got mine and it fit perfectly in the same holes that the stock wing was in... Performance wise, I've got a fujita CAI, Strup race header with no cat, megan exhaust, stage 2 clutch with 10 lb. flywheel, and hondata kpro. Im very happy with my setup, it's not freakin sick but it's decent for a daily driver at between 205-210 to the wheels.
hope this helps... and good luck!!
By the way, someone already said this, but join clubrsx.com they've helped me alot on there, and some of the threads are very informative.

I would lower it with Tein Coilovers. Get rid of those huge rims, because after the drop, you're gonna be f'in up your wheel well every where. Throw on a Mugen Lip, and Mugen Wing for exterior. Upgrade to HID headlamps. Just your normal I/H/E for performance, since turbo is out. The K motor is pretty sweet already. I prefer Greddy engine components. Just my suggestions.
