I have a 99 Honda DBR 600F4. I have after market exhuast on it and and i jetted the bike that’s it. Rest is all stock what can i do performance wise to make is even more faster? Can you supercharge a motorcycle or Turbo it?

Jetting and porting is the cheapest HP you’re going to get. Same thing with the can. There is no supercharger or turbocharger out there. The only other thing you can do is lower engine work (pistons, connecting rods, crank, etc…) or loose weight. It might sound stupid, but every 10 lbs you loose (you or the bike) is like gaining 1 HP.
Change the air intake to free-flowing type like KN.
