I thought that the 99 had a F23 engine. Maybe you swapped it out I guess. I can not get to partsamerca.com right now. But if you look up the part (exhaust manifold gasket) there, and click the right button it will tell you if the gasket will work. If it does the the manifold will bolt up. Are you sure about that engine?
