I was told that if I install a turbo on my Honda that I wouldnt need headers.
Is this true?

its more commonly refered to as a turbo manifold, headers are usually used in an n/a setupd. and you need one to have a place to the bolt the turbo, unless your doing a remote mount turbo.
first of all, a honda has a header, singular. a z28 would have headers, plural. Second of all you need a turbo manifold which has a spot on the bottom to bolt on the turbo, and mine has a spot for an external wastegate to regulate boost pressure, then you get into alot of other technical things. Easiest way is to buy or even look at a turbo Kit, google search it and it’ll show mostly everything you will need to boost your car accept maybe piggyback/ecu.
No you wouldn’t need your stock header. If your going to install a turbo then it uses a Turbo Manifold. The turbo bolts onto the Turbo Manifold. It’s basically a header with a big hole in it to support the turbo.
If you buy a turbo kit, the header (custom) should be included. (stay away from ebay, a new kit should cost around $3000)
NO! You’ve asked this atLEAST 3 times.
With your civic it will not be a HEADER (no S) it will be an exhaust manifold
RESEARCH!!!
