None. It is a normally aspirated 4 cylinder engine.
The 99-2001 model had the 2.0L engine.
The 2002-present S2000 has a 2.2Liter 4 cylinder engine with 237HP.
Honda does not make any turbocharged or supercharged cars.
I hear Honda is working on a turbo engine and also a V8, and a deisel. …anyway
But the High reving, free breathing, strengthened internals S2K plant is all motor baby.
In owner satisfaction surveys its at the top…with corvettes and minis…..The best, most precise shifter action bar none
It’s actually NA, or naturally aspired. It has an F20 for older models, and an F22 for the newer ones. 2.2L DOHC VTEC. It’s fast because of high compression, light weight and dont forget the nice VTEC and 6 speed.
However, you can always turbo or supercharge an S2000.
niether i got a motor out of a s2k and there are just a naturally aspirated moto but the reason why they are so fast for not being turbocharged or supercharged is because they have a high compression ratio (9.25:1)
