That’s a good price that will fit and work on the stock engine or does it have to be a different engine.

I think turbonetic has a t3t4 kit for the accord f22 engine
and it should work on stock engines
the kit is a complete kit
but it will run you some where around 3-4k
and it’s always better to build your block to handle ANY king of boost
For the price of a turbo kit, I reccomend a h22 swap
hp will be right around the same, and you might even save a little money with the swap

There is a kit to fit your car. If I were you I would not even think about putting a turbo on a motor in a 1996 accord especially if it has high mileage
