Both have cold air intakes, and the prelude has a 4′ muffler. Mazda has a stock 19cm turbo on it. who would win this hypothetical race?

I like both of these cars and tried to buy both of them once before.
Which Prelude?
1992-1996 Prelude 130HP, Prelude Si 160HP, Prelude Vtev 190HP.
1997-2001 Prelude SH 195-200HP and 0-60mph in 7.2 seconds.
2003 Mazdaspeed Protege 170HP and 0-60mph in 6.9 seconds.
Turbocharged engines have a higher yield of power from modifications since it is a turbocharged car.
The Mazdaspeed Protege should win if the drivers have the same reaction times and if both cars have same condition tires.
Another cool thing about both of these cars are that:
The Honda Prelude SH is the best handling FWD 2 door car in America. Possibly the world.
The Mazdaspeed Protege is the best handling FWD 4 door car in the world.
Given equal drivers ( driver’s ability can make a huge difference ), I’d give the nod to the Protoge. However, you did not mention the year of the Prelude and if it has a modified exhaust on it, has anything else been modified at the same time?
i think the protege is turbo so its not fair the protege might win,
but if the prelude is stick or the sh model i would get the prelude.
