I have a 95 honda civic w a turbo on it. just got a different motor put in it. motor runs fine but i noticed when i got around 3000 rpm the motor would just rev up and not go ne where like the clutch was slipping. i then noticed that it done this when the turbo would start to boost. so everytime my boost gauge gets to 1 lb of boost it will just rev up and not go ne where. when it first does this there is a vibration under the car coming from the trans. so idk if its a turbo prob or a tranny prob. ne ideas?

No, A Turbo will Not keep a vehicle from moving .. Not Ever…..
Unless the turbo comes apart inside and send debris into your engine.. Which is a Very Bad thing… However, most engines will not run at all or very well when this happens..
