I’m so stuck between buying two cars: Honda CR-V versus Mazda CX-7!
Should I get the CR-V which is not as plush but comes with everything I want (sunroof, 6-disc cd player, tire pressure gauge, auxillary plug, spare tire inside, 3 more mpg than the other, and cargo rack…)
OR
the CX-7 which is much, much plusher looking but more expensive so I couldn’t afford the sunroof and etc. (but it’s roomier, has the turbocharged 4 cyl, etc.)

Get the CR-V, the CX-7, while powerfull and sporty, uses a turbocharged 4-cyl engine, and I can assure you that it will absolutely be trouble down the road. The little turbos take tremendous abuse and must be maintained meticulasly. Even then, they usually don’t last 100k miles before the engine goes.
The CR-V will be more reliable and hold its value much better than the Mazda.

I have a 2007 Honda CR-V, LOVE it! It has everything in it. Heated seats, navigation system, DVD player, iPod hookup, etc. I added many extras, fog lights, splash guards, door visors, side steps, etc. The overall cost was 40K, but well worth it to me. I have always owed Honda’s and never had the slightest problem with any Honda I’ve owed. I brought my CR-V in February 2007 and have only had to change the oil one time so far, and I have 13K miles on it. It’s approximately 50 dollars to fill up (gas price $3.85 per gallon). I generally get 22 town miles and 28 highway miles, so I only fill up every 8 to 10 days.
Buy a Honda CR-V, I can assure you, you won’t be sorry.

Lease = Mazda, Buy = Honda. Mazda has one of the lowest initial satisfaction ratings from JD Power. If you lease it and give it back before the warranty is up then I would go for the Mazda since it seems like a better deal with what is offered. If you want it to last and have very little service issues and better resale 3+ years down the road then go with the Honda. Just keep in mind people complained about Mazda’s soon after they were driven off the lot but that does not mean after all the initial bugs are fixed that it is a bad vehicle.

Depends if you need alot of room for things if you do get the mazda, but if you are just going to be hanging out in your car and traveling then get the honda they are both very pretty cars. Also your biggest issue is GAS!!!!!! WHICH EVERONE HAS THE MOST GAS MILAGE GAS COST WAY TOO MUCH GET THE ONE THAT NEEDS LESS GAS IT ALSO HELPS SO THAT YOU DONT RUIN OUR EARTH ANY MORE P.S. SAVE THE WHALES

I’d say go with Honda. They tend to last longer and you’ll be thanking yourself for all the luxuries it provides… especially that 3 mpg more and possibly the spare tire… Plus, it’s almost as sporty as the Mazda! Also supposedly those Mazda vans are more apt to roll. I’d go into more detail and do more research but it’s 1 AM here…

Get the CR-V. I’m only saying that because it has the options you want. Besides size, they’re basically the same.

test drive both of them twice for as long as u cant…think about the which 1 makkes you happiest while driving..since if yer a normal commuter youll spend 10+ hours in it per week
