can a stock 2001 honda accord motor handle turbo

I want my honda to be more powerfull… but with its curent transmision, i wonder if i can implant an original turbocharger kit and everything, to add 140HP more… without having problems afterwards with the gear box…

i want to run all motor what can i do to make the horsepower of my car greater without swapping engines and turbocharging it. and how much hp would the things u tell me give.
