how to increase the efficiency by suitably modifying the induction manifold and valve timing to improve the volumetric efficiency of an naturally aspirated Hero Honda engine.

I drive a 91 Accord cb7 with a f22 engine & I need to do some upgrades on it, but I live in Nigeria 7 it’s pretty difficult knowing where too get all these things. I would greatly appreciate if I could be informed where I could get one in these parts & would’nt cost me an arm. Shipping cost’s are pretty high down here. if you got one & aren’t in need of it It would be nice if u could get in touch. I wanna start an import club 4 tuned hondas down here, but 2 do that my wheels need 2 be tuned as well.

I drive a Honda Civic, Automatic’06 model and am wondering whether it’s possible to fit a turbo charger into the car. And in terms of perfomance wise, would a manual car perform better then the automatic one?

im thinking about putting a turbo in my 91 honda civic HB. i need some more information on if its a good idea or not.
