I have a Honda FIT which i’m undecided to make it a turbo or supercharger. My intentions are to compete with other FITs at drag times. Which one of them will give me a better time? Also, is one of them lighter than the other?

my best friend just bought a 2001 volkswagen vr6 last night and my 99 prelude is now challenged for the crown of fastest car among our friends. I want to make my car faster without adding exhaust because i hate the loud drone of an exhaust system. what can i do to do the engine naturally (no turbo) that will increase hp and make my car fly by his gti like hes standing still? I guess another side question to this question is whats the best way to start/launch my car in first gear? vtec kicks in around 5200 but tires spin so its tough to get a good start and he smokes me everytime cause he has traction control. any help is appreciated. thanks!
