Do engines of the same family have the same dimensions(specifically honda’s r18 and r20) and differ only in bore, stroke, thus making r18 turbo kits compatible with the r20?

I recently got a turbo for my integra and heard rumors that i had to have my car tuned before i boost it. Does anyone know if this is true or not?

I’ve been looking at trying to increase horsepower. I’m willing to spend $1000 dollars. I see turbo kits on ebay but I don’t know if thats the route I want to go.

yea i need to know wat to do which is the best way to go an how much more power im goign to get with each
