i plan on eventualy buying a turbo

i have a 93 hatch. and i was wondering the other day, can you put a turbo on a vtec engine with out chipping the ecu? im only gona run it 8lbs. another question is when i turn like out of my drive way, when i turn, it makes a grinding noise, what could this be? theres nothing in the way that the tire could rub against.

I was wondering if the c32a is built with low compression pistons or if id have to buy them before putting on a turbo and if not how much would this cost?

yoooooo im planing on getting a 03 civic stick 5speed n i wanna put in a K20 or something. i dont know much on cars so if anyone can let me know the specifics and what else id need besides just the engine id very much appreciate it. oh n i wanna make it turbo too if i can.
