Just Bought No Xplode And Cell Mass For Working Out Nitric Oxide Creatine No Explode? Gold Standard Whey Good?

1 Comment 30 September 2009

Hi, I just bought 60 servings of each for about 100 bucks and GNC. My question is, I know I take N O Xplode 15 mins before workout, But is says take Cell Mass After work out, but after I workout I take about 35-50 grams of whey protein gold standard.
I dont want to diminish the effects of Cell Mass, I have never tried either of the 2 products and really want to get the most out of them. Currently I take 1 scoop of the Cell Mass Right after I workout at the gym with like 8 ounces of cold water from the water fountain.
I was thinking of taking a scoop of Cell Mass in my shaker cup to the gym, then add water and shake when I am done working out, Then by the time I get back home I will work on my abs for 10 mins then blend up my shake.
Also On the bottle it says not to shake NO Xplode, Why is this? What is the difference of shaking and stirring with a spoon? Can I blend it since its like stirring but Turbo fast blades? Do the effects of NO explode vary with what kind of liquid you use? I hear grape juice makes it a lot better but not sure.
I also bought Gold standard Whey protein 5 pounder while I was there for like 50 bucks, cookies and cream, taste very good. Hopefully all 3 things will last me at least 2 months.

I Just Bought A 2 Door 1993 Honda Accord Se. I Want To Install A Turbo Kit To It. I Dont Know Where To Start.?

A good place to start in any car whether it is SOHC or DOHC is in weight reduction especially in a SOHC car. Other good ideas are with the AEM CAI. If your mechanical skill is at a more advanced level you can move on to timing pullys, ignition timing, header, upper intake manifiold, new plug wires, new plugs, internal engine components such as valves, valve springs, forged pistons, port and polish the head, Skunk 2 camshafts, and up to turbo or supercharger. I dont recommend a turbo for a daily driven car. The cost on a turbo upgrade is insane. It can run you upwards of $4000 even if you purchase everything off of Ebay. The turbo itself is only around $1000 but by the time you upgrade your ECU with a piggy back system new fuel pump, new fuel rail, new injectors, turbo timers, and put in a block guard along with all these other upgrades to get maximum performance you wont have very good gas mileage and it may not be reliable from day to day. You can take the cheap route and just drop in the turbo and start racing but I can assure you the motor itself will not hold up long. Honda blocks and ECU’s are not made for turbo. Without proper attention you will run extremely lean and burm a hole in a piston or overboost and blow a hole in your block. It has been said that the honda block can handle 7lbs. of constant boost well but we are all power freaks and we will keep adjusting the boost up until we are satisfied and without proper tuning and build up it wont last.
