I have a honda 92′ and might want to purchase a electric turbo but i want the high pitch sound that the real turbos make how much would they differ in and would i need to buy any extra pieces if i did buy the electric turbo or supercharger

i have a 2000 honda s2000 and i wanna drag race it, now i alraedy know its not a good car for drag racing but i dont care. i only have 3000 right now so i want to know what all i can do to it to make it faster and better for drag racing with that amount? in the future i will be either getting a turbo kit or supercharger, but that will be in a year.
