I have a 2000 Honda Prelude and I’m going to get a rev hard bolt on turbo kit and I wanted to know how fast it will go 0-60 and what will the top speed be. Right now it goes 0-60 in the low 7’s and top speed is 140. Thanks for the help if anyone knows!

4 grand for this skyline theres better deals on there but yeah this is decent its left hand drive and everything and its 3 grand to ship to chicago

i just got an offer on my 97 chevy silverado for 30 grand(has 502 big block, a bunch of other stuff thers around 30-40g in the car)
i was thinking of selling it and buying a skyline and modding it OR i can buy a newer model and sell it. i know there going for 50k+ over here and on there its 25 grand
or a toyota supra for cheap they run like 10 grand for a decent one 30 for a really really good one…i can prob get the 10 grand twin turbo one and fix it up a bit. make sure its running at 100% repaint it clean up the interior etc thatd only cost like 2k tho
its a pretty good scheme to get rich quick. i could be set for life no jobs, no worries

There are a few ways to answer this…
1) Drive your car in 5th gear at 50mph. Cruise along so that the rpms are half way to redline. Double this and this is as fast as the engine can run.
2) The biggest problem is wind resistance. As you go faster the force of moving forward through air goes up big time. Every time you double your speed air resistance quadruples. So you may never make it to top speed in 5th because of air resistance
3) The car could have a built in limiter. Normally around 110-120mph.
4) Tires with a small flaw (nail, low pressure, cracked sidewalls, old) will fall apart at about 100mph and you will die.
To answer your turbo question….WOW….there are a lot of factors here. IF your engine is healthy you can add about 100hp to it. If you want to build the engine the the skys the limit. Do it right the first time. If you buy a no name ebay turbo for $200 and just slap it on you will blow your engine in about a week. Please research more. It is all about TUNING. Get a good tune please.
