i have a 2001 honda prelude with h22 engine i just bought a greddy turbo kit and i was wondering what engine components can i change in order to get 15+psi

A turbo, if you can find a used one. They are usually less than $200 on e-bay.
I thought you ask for the most bang for your buck. A used turbo can be rebuilt, and still the cost will be a small fraction of a new one.
If cost is no concern, get a supercharger and nitro.
