have 550cc injectors , and 225 pump would leke to know what fuel pressure i should run and if anyone has apexi settings for this set up

Hey I was wondering if anyone knows what the difference between a header and a turbo manifold is? Does the turbo manifold replace the header or do you need both. I have a 96 honda del sol and was thinking of purchasing a performance header, but wasn’t sure if you had to take it out after purchasing a turbo. I was thinking of purchasing a turbo kit down the line. thanks.

Details: have a 91 honda crx si, not running presently, im fixin to do a full swap and i cant decide what swap to go with?? any suggestions?? what im looking at right now is doing a 2jz swap, cuz my friend has an 91 civic hatch w/ a 2jz swap so i know itll work but any suggestions?? just to clarify i am going to do the swap but this car isnt even driveable at all this is going to be, kinda like tim allens hot rod off home improvement, i dont plan on finishing let alone driving this car within at least the next 10-20 yrs so if got plenty of time to do whatever, my other intrest was a b20 swap and with the b20 drivetrain and trans i could make this car 4wd turbo and thats what im going for, but should i make this car 4wd or rwd, like i said this car is going to be sitting for years so what do you think 10 points for a bada** idea!!
sorry but the other thing i was considering was was converting this to ef8 rhd, does anyone know about this or has done it and can give me any advice or anything?

Ok, I have seen a turbo v6 accord but I can’t find any turbo kits. Does anyone know specifically if someone makes one and if so, where can I go to see it?
If there isn’t a kit specifically for 03 v6 accords, is there any kit that will work?
