a regular brand not too much and not to less power you get what i mean.well what kind of of turbo and how much would it cost to buy?(dont include installation fees)

I just got an ionic air purifier. The brand is Ionic Pro Turbo. I put one in the bedroom and one in the living room. When I got back home the room had that smell these things give off (it smells fresh and clean), but I felt a slight bit nauseous. Not a lot at all, just a tiny bit, but I noticed it. Is this normal? Does anyone else have experience with these things?

2008 chevy cobalt ss, 2007 honda civic si, or 2008 scion tc
I love the cobalt ss because it has the turbocharged 265hp engine which is the fastest in its class.
The si is just how it looks what i love about it and the aftermarket parts for that car are easy to find and cheap.
The scion tc looks really good and the sound system is really good to be stock.
what do you think i should get?

Turbocharge,super chips,nitrous?(doesn’t nitrous have a sound 2 it like those lil honda rods and etc)And i also want to add a few mopar intakes and etc to make it faster if possible.Answer wisely,i plan on doing work within in 2 weeks.
