Civic turbos are common and cheaper and can give you great performance gains. Supercharging can give you great gains but is usually more expensive. Superchargers do give you smoother power delivery; turbos take a little while to spool-up and give you turbo lag (a lack of power at low rpm). Turbo lag will be VERY noticeable on any civic engine because of thier design. turbos also use hot exhaust gases, which is a negative for many reasons. If you’ve got the cash supercharge it!
