So i’ve just got done putting turbo in my ef9(SOHC) tonight, didn’t run it yet just started it. I was just wondering what else needs to be done to my car. I’ve just installed the turbo. with intercooler pipes.mmm wastegate and BOV… any other idea’s i should do? i want this car to run fast yet…still able to be driven daily. any ideas would be nice just no the idea of getting a new car haha…
i also don’t have my ecu upgraded do i really need it to be tuned? What else can i put on my 1990 honda civic si turbo so that it can run faster?

dude….get it tuned…..youll ruin your engine without the proper tuning/ cam timing/ fuel maps!!!!!!!!! that should be your main concern….then talk to the guys who tune you car and ask them what you should do
Look first off stop!!! research learn it seems you dont know anything about turbo’s. How much boos you putting in, how much is the waste gate opening at?
1) Max 7psi.
2) Oil lines and return lines done?
3) Yes you freaking need fuel and ecu upgrades your adding more persure
4) Since its an OBD-0 Si you can use DSM 450CC injectors
5) Get a colder spark plug
6) Get your ECU chip and at least a base map
