DO NOT BUY AN ELECTRIC SUPERCHARGER! they produce no psi, and are basically just a fast moving fan in your intake pipe. A really productive product id a throttle body spacer it will give you aroung +10 hp and +15 ft/lbs of tourque on a stock civic for only about $110. A good start would be a cold air intake, throttle body spacer, Then you could add turbo and a cat back exhaust from there. Good Luck!
