upper left of the block directly left of exhaust manifold just underneath the head gasket, usually you need to wipe grease off the block to see the stamped letters.

The engine type is stamped on the engine next to the tranmission bellhousing in front. Some basic Delsol’s did not have the VTEC just the civic overhed cam motor

B16/B16A IS THE DEL SOL SI VTEC
I KNOW BECAUSE I HAVE ONE IN MY 93 CIVIC AND THAT’S WHAT IT CAME OUT OF…I’M RUNNING A T3-T4 TURBO SET UP BUT IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A COMPLETE SETUP GO WITH GREDDY……YOU’LL BE HAPPY WITH THAT AND IT COMES WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED COMPLETE
