I have 2 words of advise. 1st, if you are going to go turbo, get a stock turbo or get an inline v6 and modify it with an after market turbo. The inline v6 with an aftermarket turbo will give you more power than a stock turbo on a v6 or a 4 cylendar. 2nd, Honda and Toyota engines are more durable than most so if you are going aftermarket, I would go that route.
Also, don't think turbo is the best route to power. Consider blowers and superchargers too if you do a v6 or v8.

Honda Civic. There are tons of options and everyone sells custom Honda parts. Plus the cars run forever. I put 284,000 miles on my Honda and the thing always starts. All we drive is Honda's

You would be happy with any of the cars on your list, but teh Sentra and the 3KGT might give you more problems than you want.
My freind has an 01 Prelude and with minimal upgrades it looks, sounds, handles, and performs great, so I would assume if you threw a turbo on that car it would be insane! Also the Integra GSR is a very easy car to modify because of the availability and price of aftermarket parts, the Integras looove to rev very high, and are lightweight and handle great in the corners.
The Civic Si is nice and everything, but it is just too common for my taste. Instead, I would recommend the CRX Si. My friend who owns the Prelude used to own a CRX, and it was like driving a big go kart, the thing handled sooo well, you could take hairpin turns going 60mph no problem.
Some that weren't on your list that I would consider, depending on your price range are:
Nissan 240SX
Lexus SC400
Subaru WRX
BMW M3
Eclipse GSX
Celica GTS
VW GTI
Honda Accord V6... ( I own an 05 Accord EX V6 coupe with a 6 speed manual tranny. It cranks out 240hp! It has leather, navigation, power everything, heated seats, moonroof, dual exhuast, electronic dash, seriously everything you would want! BTW, it beats my buddy's Prelude which has about $1000 in performance mods.)
