		<description>ive never heard of mivec, but, my advice would be to switch to an LS over anything, LS are notorious for being able to handle alot of boost, but depending on what kind of car you have, this is alotta money, if not then just a vtec single cam setup is decent but you gotta upgrade the connecting rods or theyll stretch and damage your engine, The connecting rods on D series engines are only good to about 160-180 hp, then they break, so factor that in what it would cost to rebuild the lower end of your existing engine, as opposed to a gsr swap ( you will have much higher power ratings on a gsr swap)</description>
